p10

p10 is a role-play/operating-mode skill (part of the Chinese-language PUA skill family) that puts the agent into a P10 "CTO" persona. It solves the problem of framing high-altitude technical leadership work: defining strategic direction, designing organizational topology, and managing P9-level teams, while deliberately staying out of lower-level execution (managing P9, not P8; writing strategic inputs, not prompts).
