Founder Product Video is a Pika Labs plugin skill that generates a 65-second founder-style product video from a product URL plus user-supplied imagery. The output is a 16:9 1080p MP4 built from four 15-second SeeDance acts of a talking founder plus a 5-second branded end card and background music. Its distinguishing design goal is fidelity: the user's actual product screenshots and brand wordmarks are composited onto the reveal shots after Seedance generation, so readable UI and brand text are real rather than model-imagined.

The workflow requires a product URL, a founder name and role, and a founder photo (local path, URL, or 'generate' for a created portrait), and it consumes a brand kit (brand.json or an exported build-a-brand kit with brand.md, tokens, and logo assets), auto-building one via build-a-brand if none exists. It runs generation, deterministic HTML rendering, captions, concat, and music mixing through Pika MCP tools by default, with local ffmpeg only as an emergency fallback for concat/mix/compose. An interactive intake asks for missing required fields one at a time, while a --quick/--config fast lane serves CI and batch runs. A cost-transparency gate (estimated ~4,000 credits / ~$40) must be cleared before any paid call. Accompanying ops notes document practical constraints such as unique per-act seeds to avoid cached SeeDance tasks, PNG-only logo uploads, and preferring word-level caption timing.
