This skill drives the OKX Outcomes CLI (formerly OKX Predictions), a command-line tool for trading binary YES/NO event contracts, wrapped as okx outcomes <command>. It covers the full lifecycle: browsing and searching events, viewing event and market detail, reading live prices, order books, spreads, midpoints, and OHLCV candles, placing and cancelling orders, viewing account balance, positions, and trades, and CTF token operations (split, merge, redeem winnings). It organizes commands into namespaces (account, clob, data, ctf, wallet, auth, setup) and provides reference docs and workflow recipes for common tasks like pre-trade balance checks and finding redeemable markets after settlement.

Authentication uses OKX OAuth sign-in for authenticated reads and a separate EIP-712 signing key for on-chain writes, kept independent from the main OKX CLI's credentials. Configuration lives in a config file plus the OS keyring for secrets, with PREDICTIONS_* environment variables available only as overrides. The skill carries strong, explicit security guidance: it repeatedly instructs never to accept, print, or share the signing private key, to refuse and advise rotation if a user pastes one, and it notes there is no .env auto-loading.

Target users are traders and agents interacting with OKX Outcomes prediction markets. The score is held slightly below the benign threshold because the skill executes real financial, on-chain write operations with a signing key and its prerequisites include a curl-piped-to-shell install of the outcomes binary from a remote URL — standard vendor tooling, but higher-consequence than a read-only helper.
