About sh-notice-search
sh-notice-search is a read-only lookup skill that queries the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH, i-sh.co.kr) public notice and announcement boards. It solves the problem of manually browsing SH's housing-subscription boards by directly fetching the public HTML list and detail pages, then normalizing the results into structured JSON: notice titles, responsible department, registration date, view count, inferred status, and attachment metadata. It targets the official public board categories (rental, sale, purchase/housing-welfare, land, commercial, compensation, design, etc.) and maps user-friendly Korean and English aliases to the correct board tabs.
The skill is distributed as a CLI stub: the required first step is to run the bundled npx command (@nomadamas/k-skill) to print the up-to-date runtime-specific instructions, with a Node.js 18+ package (`sh-notice-search`) exposing `searchNotices` and `getNoticeDetail` functions plus a CLI. Keyword search always sends the `srchTp` parameter (title vs content) because SH ignores `srchWord` otherwise, pagination uses the fixed 10-row page size, and attachments are extracted from real `existFile()` anchors and `downList` metadata rather than icon templates. Direct download URLs are deliberately withheld; the skill hands off detail or preview URLs to the user's browser.
It is aimed at Korean-speaking users and agents looking up SH housing notices (e.g. 행복주택 announcements, purchase-rental listings, or a specific notice seq). By design it performs no login, application submission, payment, or my-page automation, and it explicitly refuses to bypass CAPTCHA, identity proofing, queue throttling, or e-signature boundaries.
FAQ
What does this skill actually retrieve?
SH notice/announcement list results and detail pages: seq, title, department, registered date, views, inferred status, category, plus attachment metadata (filename, file_seq, size, type, and an official preview URL). It is read-only lookup only.
What are the prerequisites?
An internet connection, Node.js 18+, and the bundled `sh-notice-search` npm package or equivalent logic. The primary instructions are printed by running `npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct sh-notice-search`.
Can it apply for housing or log in on my behalf?
No. It explicitly does not automate 청약 application, login, document submission, payment, or my-page flows, and never asks for or stores plaintext credentials.
Why do keyword searches need a search-type flag?
The SH board ignores `srchWord` unless `srchTp` is also sent, so the client always sends srchTp=0 for title search or srchTp=1 for content search.
What can cause it to fail or return partial data?
SH can change board paths or markup, and IP rate-limiting, NetFunnel throttling, maintenance pages, or 4xx/5xx responses can block fetches. The skill will not bypass CAPTCHA, login, or queue protections.
