lh-notice-search

Provides read-only search over official housing notices published by the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) on apply.lh.or.kr. Requests are routed through the k-skill-proxy service, which fronts the public data.go.kr Open API for LH notices, and results are organized into notice lists and per-notice detail (supply information broken down by housing type, lot, or commercial unit). The intended audience is people such as young adults, newlyweds, and first-time renters who may not even know a relevant LH notice exists, and the goal is to surface listings before their application deadlines pass.

Typical requests include finding currently posted 영구임대 (permanent rental), 행복주택 (happy housing), 전세임대 (jeonse rental), 국민임대, 매입임대, 분양주택, and 신혼희망타운 notices, filtered by region, notice status, keyword, or date range. Two endpoints are exposed: GET /v1/lh-notice/search for lists and GET /v1/lh-notice/detail for a single notice's supply breakdown. Detail lookups require three values (panId, ccrCnntSysDsCd, splInfTpCd) that carry over directly from the list response. Filters accept both LH's native parameter names (panSs, uppAisTpCd, cnpCdNm, panNm) and friendlier aliases (status, category, region, q).

Only official LH notice data is used; community summaries, blogs, and private real-estate content are excluded. Deadlines are judged against the current date in KST, and the original notice URL and notice number are always surfaced so users can go straight to the source or run a follow-up detail query. Scope is limited to LH, so it does not cover SH, GH, or iH notices, and it performs no eligibility screening, win-probability prediction, or application submission. Prerequisites are minimal, an internet connection and curl, and no user secrets are needed because the data.go.kr API key lives only on the proxy server. Failure modes surface upstream errors verbatim (400 bad_request, 503 upstream_not_configured, 502 upstream_error) so users can correct filters or retry.
