g2b-sanctioned-supplier

This skill checks whether a Korean supplier currently carries an active bidding-restriction sanction (부정당제재) by querying the Public Procurement Service's Nara Marketplace user-information service (data.go.kr dataset 15129466, `getUnptRsttCorpInfo02`) through the `k-skill-proxy`. Given a 10-digit business registration number for an exact match, it returns the sanction start/end dates, sanctioning agency, contract-law classification, and legal basis as raw upstream fields. It solves the pre-transaction due-diligence need of confirming, at query time, whether a counterparty is barred from public bidding.

A key design boundary is honesty about coverage: the upstream service only returns sanctions that are valid as of the query moment. Expired or lifted sanctions, and sanctions against unregistered suppliers or individuals, are not provided — so this is not a historical-record lookup, and the instructions direct users to Nara Marketplace (g2b.go.kr) for manual checks of expired history. The skill reports only upstream facts, sources, and coverage limits, with no invented scoring or grading.

The published entry is a CLI stub that defers to `npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct g2b-sanctioned-supplier` for live instructions, and runs the bundled `scripts/g2b_sanctioned_supplier.py` helper with a required `--bizno`. It targets procurement, compliance, and vendor-risk users. No user-side secret is required; the data.go.kr key lives only on the proxy, and the skill's hard rules forbid storing plaintext credentials and bypassing legal boundaries.
