sequence-load

sequence-load finds leads matching targeting criteria and bulk-adds them to an Apollo outreach sequence, handling enrichment, contact creation, deduplication, and enrollment in a single end-to-end flow. It is user-invocable and driven by natural-language arguments that combine targeting criteria with a sequence name, for example adding twenty VP Sales at SaaS companies to a named sequence.

The flow runs in eight steps. It first parses the input to extract targeting criteria (job titles, seniority levels, industry keywords, company-size ranges, and locations) plus the sequence name and a contact volume that defaults to ten. It locates the target sequence via Apollo's campaign search, disambiguating when there are multiple or no matches, and selects an email account to send from. It then searches Apollo for matching people and presents them in a preview table, explicitly asking for confirmation and noting how many Apollo credits enrichment will consume before proceeding.

On approval it enriches each lead using Apollo's bulk match endpoint (batched up to ten per call, revealing personal emails), creates contacts with deduplication enabled, and collects the resulting contact IDs. Those IDs are added to the sequence through Apollo's add-contacts endpoint, wired to the chosen sending email account. Finally it shows a summary of the sequence, contacts added, sending address, and credits used, then offers next actions: load more leads, review the sequence, remove a contact, or pause a contact.

Use it to build and populate outbound sequences without manually enriching and importing each prospect. It relies on the Apollo MCP tools throughout, and includes safeguards such as a confirmation gate before spending credits and a safe default that does not disturb contacts already active in other campaigns. Invoking it with list sequences simply shows all available sequences.
