Generate headcount, attrition, diversity, or org health reports. Use when pulling a headcount snapshot for leadership, analyzing turnover trends by team, preparing diversity representation metrics, or assessing span of control and flight risk across the org.
A slash command (/people-report) that generates people-analytics reports from HR data. It suits pulling a headcount snapshot for leadership, analyzing turnover trends by team, preparing diversity representation metrics, or assessing span of control and flight risk across the organization. The report type is passed as the argument.
Four report types are supported. Headcount gives a current org snapshot by team, location, level, and tenure. Attrition analyzes turnover, both voluntary and involuntary, with team breakdowns and trends. Diversity covers representation by level, team, and function plus pipeline metrics. Org Health looks at span of control, management layers, team sizes, and flight risk. Key metrics span retention (overall and regrettable attrition, average tenure, flight-risk indicators), diversity (representation, pipeline diversity, promotion rates, pay equity), engagement (survey scores, eNPS, participation, feedback themes), and productivity (revenue per employee, span-of-control efficiency, time to productivity).
The approach is to clarify the question being answered, identify the right data, analyze it with appropriate statistical methods, present findings with context and caveats, and recommend specific actions. Data can be uploaded as a CSV, pasted, or pulled from a connected HRIS; helpful fields include employee ID, department, team, title, level, location, start and end dates, manager, compensation, and demographics for diversity work. Output follows a fixed structure with an executive summary, a key-metrics table with trends, detailed analysis, data-driven recommendations, and a methodology note. If an HRIS is connected it can pull live data without a CSV, and if chat is connected it can share the summary to a channel.
Headcount, attrition, diversity, and org health reports.
A CSV upload or a description of your data; helpful fields include employee ID, department, team, title, level, location, start/end dates, manager, compensation, and demographics.
Yes. If an HRIS connector is available it can pull live employee data such as headcount, tenure, department, and level without needing a CSV upload.
Overall attrition rate, regrettable attrition rate, average tenure, and flight-risk indicators.
An executive summary, a key-metrics table with trends, detailed analysis, data-driven recommendations, and a methodology section noting how numbers were calculated and any caveats.
