alibabacloud-find-skills is a discovery skill that helps agents and their users search, browse, and install official Alibaba Cloud (阿里云) Agent Skills from the AgentExplorer catalog. It solves the problem of not knowing which Alibaba Cloud skill exists for a given task — for example managing ECS instances, RDS databases, or OSS storage — by turning an intent phrase or keyword into concrete catalog results before any management action is attempted. It is bilingual, responding to both English and Chinese trigger phrases.

The skill works entirely through the AgentExplorer HTTP API (base URL https://agentexplorer.aliyuncs.com) called directly with curl, deliberately avoiding the Aliyun CLI or the agentexplorer CLI plugin for search, browse, and detail workflows. It exposes three operations: semantic search or keyword/intent search over skills (GET /openapi/for-agent/skills with searchMode=semantic), category listing and browsing (GET /openapi/for-agent/categories, plus category-code filtering with pagination via nextToken), and fetching a specific skill's full content (GET /openapi/for-agent/skills/{skillName}). Every request carries a fixed User-Agent and x-acs-version header and enforces connect/max timeouts. The documented flow is search → install (only on explicit user request) → execute the installed skill.
