About agent-protocol
The C-Level Advisory Ecosystem is a comprehensive virtual board of directors that provides founders and executives with executive-level decision support across all major business functions. This skill transforms AI agents into a complete executive team including CEO, CTO, COO, CPO, CMO, CFO, CRO, CISO, CHRO, and an Executive Mentor, coordinated by a Chief of Staff who intelligently routes questions to the appropriate role.
The system features an intelligent routing matrix that automatically directs strategic questions to the relevant executive based on topic signals like fundraising, architecture, hiring, GTM strategy, revenue, security, product roadmap, operations, vision, and leadership. Users can invoke specific roles directly by prefixing questions with role names, or trigger full board meetings for high-stakes cross-functional decisions. The board meeting process follows a structured three-phase approach: framing the decision, independent analysis by each role, and collaborative debate to surface conflicts and align on recommendations.
Designed for founders at any stage from idea to Series B+, this skill is particularly valuable for strategic decision-making around fundraising timing, technical architecture choices, organizational design, go-to-market strategy, and operational scaling. The onboarding questionnaire creates a company-context.md file that all agents reference, ensuring personalized advice based on your company's stage, metrics, team size, priorities, and risks. With 28 skills, 25 scripts, and 52 references included, this ecosystem provides structured, multi-perspective executive guidance for complex business decisions.
FAQ
How do I get started with the C-Level Advisory skill?
Run the /cs:setup command to complete an onboarding questionnaire. This creates a company-context.md file with your company name, stage, ARR/MRR, team size, industry, top 3 priorities, and key risks. All advisory agents will reference this context when providing recommendations.
When should I use /cs:board instead of asking a direct question?
Use /cs:board for high-stakes or cross-functional decisions that require multiple executive perspectives. The board meeting runs in three phases: framing, independent analysis, and debate. Confirm at least 3 roles have weighed in before accepting a conclusion. For routine questions, the Chief of Staff will automatically route to the appropriate role.
Can I ask a specific executive directly without going through the Chief of Staff?
Yes. Prefix your question with the role name (e.g., 'CFO: What is our optimal burn rate?' or 'CTO: Should we rebuild our auth layer?'). This bypasses Chief of Staff routing while still logging the exchange.
Which AI platforms and IDEs does this skill work with?
The C-Level Advisory ecosystem is compatible with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and OpenClaw. It works across these platforms to provide consistent executive advisory support.
What company stages is this skill designed for?
The skill supports companies at all stages: Idea, Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, and Series B+. The onboarding questionnaire captures your current stage and metrics to provide stage-appropriate strategic advice across all executive functions.
