Pitch Deck Generator creates professional PowerPoint pitch decks for startups and businesses following a proven 10-slide structure. It solves the problem of assembling a well-organized investor or sales presentation from scratch by combining a guided information-gathering conversation with a scripted PowerPoint build, applying consistent formatting and industry best practices so users do not have to design slides manually.

The workflow has five steps. First it gathers required information (company basics, problem, solution, business model) and recommended details (market size, product, traction, competition, team, financials and ask) through open-ended questions, offering placeholder slides for missing data. It then structures content into the standard ten slides, referencing a bundled best-practices document that can be grepped section by section. Collected data is written to a pitch_data.json file, then a Python script (scripts/create_pitch_deck.py) consumes that JSON and emits a formatted .pptx, skipping sections without data. A review-and-iterate step lets the user update the JSON and regenerate. Design guidelines specify a blue-and-gray color scheme, defined typography sizes, consistent margins, one message per slide, and 3-5 bullets per slide.

It is aimed at founders, startup teams, and business-development staff preparing fundraising decks, sales presentations, product launches, or pitch-competition materials. The skill is a benign content generator: it runs a local Python script to produce an Office file and reads a bundled reference with grep, with no network access, credential handling, or destructive operations.
